These terms cover your use of ranras.com. By using the site, you agree to them. Questions go to info@ranras.com.

The website

The site describes RanRas and lets you request a demo. A demo request is an inquiry. It does not create a customer agreement, a subscription, or a promise that a particular plan, price, or feature will be available.

Prices and package names on the site are examples. We confirm the right plan for a fleet on a demo call.

The product

Use of the RanRas inspection product — including scans, photos, damage detection, unit records, and alerts — is covered by a separate agreement with the customer organization. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to break or overload it, submitting false demo requests, scraping it in a way that degrades service, or using it to send unlawful content.

Our content

The RanRas name, logo, site text, and images are owned by RanRas or its licensors. You may not copy them for your own product or marketing without written permission. You may share links to the site.

No warranty

The site is provided as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that descriptions of the product match every future release.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RanRas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Our total liability for a claim about the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
