This policy describes how RanRas (“we”) handles information when you use ranras.com and when you request a demo. Questions go to info@ranras.com.
Information we collect
When you submit the demo form, we collect:
- Name
- Company
- Email address
- Phone number, if you provide one
- Fleet size
- How you heard about RanRas
- The challenges you describe
Our web server also records standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of the request. We use those logs to operate and protect the site. Demo submissions are rate-limited using a hash of the requester’s IP address. That hash is stored only long enough to block repeated requests.
The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Button labels used for on-page clicks stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
How we use it
We use demo-request information to reply to you, schedule a walkthrough, and understand which fleets the product should fit. We use server logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
How we share it
Demo requests are emailed to the RanRas team through ZeptoMail, an email delivery service. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who process it for us, or when the law requires it.
Inspection product data
If your organization later uses the RanRas inspection product, fleet information such as photos, inspection reports, unit records, and location timestamps is processed to provide that service. That information belongs to the customer account and is covered by the agreement for that account, not by this website policy alone.
How long we keep it
We keep demo-request emails for as long as we need them to follow up and maintain a record of the conversation. Server logs and rate-limit records are kept for a shorter period needed for security. You can ask us to delete a demo request by emailing info@ranras.com.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent in a demo request. We will respond to requests sent to info@ranras.com.
Children
RanRas is a business product. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
